Central Location and Helpful Staff
central location quiet room friendly staff
The location is central near many tourist spots. The room was quiet and included everything I needed for my stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a good continental selection.
The rooms need better sound isolation, I could hear everything happening on the street. Cleanliness could improve in the bathroom. There was no proper shower gel dispenser. I received only a small pack of liquid soap.

excellent central location
suite upgrade friendly staff breakfast selection
we were upgraded to a suite upon arrival it was a nice surprise. the staff were very friendly and always attentive to our needs. the breakfast had a great selection like fresh cheeses, meats, fruit and cereals to start the day right.
the double bed consisted of two single beds pushed together it was hard to keep them from moving apart.

the hotel enjoys a central location near many attractions. it is very close to the main square and within easy walking distance of various shops. this makes exploring the area very convenient.

still and sparkling water were available around the clock. the option to leave luggage safely before check-in was helpful. these facilities added convenience to my stay.

the reception desk was staffed 24 hours a day providing assistance whenever needed. the staff members were professional offering a great service. their helpfulness enhanced my experience.

really good location and service
central location water tap free umbrellas
i enjoyed the central location a lot. i could quickly reach several spots from there. the complimentary still and sparkling water was a nice touch and i like the umbrellas available to borrow. i think that's really useful.
the breakfast selection felt limited. i think there were only a few cheese types and cold cuts. more variety would improve it, especially without many bread and pork options.

i found the staff quite helpful with directions and local tips. my room had a mini-fridge, useful for storing drinks and snacks. the complimentary toiletries included shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.. i appreciated this. the hotel offers luggage storage before check-in, allowing me to explore without bags.
the hallway carpeting showed noticeable wear and could use updating.

The location was excellent. A short stroll brought me to the heart of the city. the rainfall shower in my double room offered a refreshing experience after long days..
I noticed a distinct lack of soundproofing. Noises from the street were quite audible. the breakfast selection felt somewhat limited for the price..
